I find 3 addresses for him. The one in N. Conway is a PO Box so he may never have actually lived there. Wonder if Abby ever picked up the mail and that's where he first saw her?

Yea so has she seen him since Oct 9? If not that could explain why the sketch looks nothing like him and the eye color is off. She could have just forgotten.

I wonder if he passed her on to someone else.

It seems to be, he was fined for speeding at one point and had a North Conway address.

Those letters could have been written by Stephen McDaniel, Lauren Giddings' killer. Very similar in tone and attitude.

It probably is - when I looked him up via Lexis, there was another man with the same name in his 60s. However, this man did not live in New Hampshire.

OMG, that's this past December, while Abigail was missing. Wonder when he was arrested for that?

The wording that singles out a particular date in the charges is kind of strange to me. Maybe it is only because they just wanted him charged with one thing for now to hold him and will add more later. They didn't give a date range or just "kidnapping." They specifically said that date. It stands out to me. IMO

"one count of felony kidnapping for knowingly confining Abigail Hernandez on October 9, 2013"

Thoughts:

I'm pretty familiar with the area Kibby lives, and he either lives in a trailer park, or behind a trailer park. I'm going to try to call my parents as soon as I can and see if they observed any police activity or know this guy in any form.

Mail sent from Gorham NH, gets a White River Jct, VT postmark. I'm looking at a card from my mom mailed from Gorham with that postmark. White River Jct VT is at least a 2 hour drive from Gorham, its a major mail center. I always wonder if the police not releasing this info had to do with the fact that postmarks in NH often don't have anything to do with where the letter is from.
