He has a vigorous defense ensuing. Judge seems to be denying motion to unseal-10 days given-defense continues to appeal

in order to adequately defend we need to know what is in affidavits.

Jane Young for the state: Just got the motin 5 minutes ago. We want sealed. ongoing investigation. still getting leads and info. May be more arrests or other witnesses we do not eve know about at this time. Jeopardize case to unseal affidavits right now

If press knows more than defense it did not come from state. Jane Young suggests that defense attorney has the best possible source of info in this case, his own client.

Defense objects. Says if state wants more time to investigate then they should not have charged yet. They charged as they did to gain that edge. I cannot defend my client with what I have, one sentence on a piece of paper.

Statements of ongoing investigation are not enough to trump requests by defendant and the public for more information.
