You're old ! :) But so am I . I only read twitter on WS :) haha
I think the reason they seem that way is it's a limited amount of characters, like 20 or 30 keystrokes only is all a ' tweet' allows so each one has to be worded in a way to get the most info into the smallest amount of space. Otherwise it would be an email. I think that's right.

If you're old that means I'm old, but I'm not old I'm down with the kids innit!

And yes, I agree. Twitter limits the character use which can make some tweets look odd, add to that common/not so common abbreviations, to the not so savvy it can look like gibberish.

Reward $20,000. Per news conference.

JY " so she can come home to her mother, her sister, and her doggies." =(

Tighter time line.
Until further info no more regular briefings.

Hopefully the reward can help.
IMO, Enough money to turn someone in they know responsible for this.

Maybe if police presents isn't as known people will talk or slip up...wishful thinking , I know

my innocent guess is they want to know if AH could just be pregnant, left the house and scared. If there is any changes on her behavior - maybe like getting sick? vomitting? ...that's just my guess :)

Interesting theory! I saw someone ask that question somewhere else.

I think that her phone not being answered on turned on for four hours would be a sign something was wrong? Surely her mother had tried to call her, or maybe Abigail called her mom every day when she got home, normally?

Then again we will ask, did she contact anyone else before she contacted LE?
Did she contact the boyfriend?, friends? other family members? the sister? The BF's family already said that she went to a local fair with them before, sometimes go to rides with them while they work. They also lived in a commercial areas, she could just be buying a fries at Mcdonalds...... 17 minutes after she comes home, she calls in LE..... i dont know... this needs to be addressed IMO.

For me, this question is a huge red flag and I'm fairly certain was guided by LE. It is protocol to ask when investigating a case where you don't know if you're dealing with a homicide or suicide, say in cases where all other means and methods prove inconclusive. Part of what they are trying to establish seems to be under what context she left. Even if she had plans to meet someone or even go somewhere with someone, to me at this point, clearly we are dealing with an abduction (and that's *if* she ever made such plans and they went awry, the only thing I'm convinced of is she is not a run away, I am not convinced she ever planned to meet up with someone).

Exactly. I've said it over and over, and it really surprised me. SOMETHING indicated there was a problem, but I guess we will never know until an arrest is made or a POI is named.

In the meantime, IIRC, the geo profiling generally says there is a 5 mile radius of "comfort zone" for criminal behavior. I think the center of that should be the last ping at Cranmore.

My theory on why mom called LE right away: there was something amiss in the house. What that was we don't know and won't know until LE releases the information. My reason to believe this is that the house was immediately cordoned with police tape, correct? I might be way off base, but those are my .02 :moo:

Yes, that was surprising - only 17 minutes and she calls LE - and by all outward appearances LE takes it seriously and begins searching. Makes me think something was extremely out of the ordinary.

No, the person you referenced is not a suspect, except in the rumor mill. As was the stepfather. No official suspects, no, none. And the case has gone as cold as ice.

Just like JY's veins .

Another winner for JY !!! Lets hear it for Jane !!!! Jane and her zipped lips !!!

Yay !!

I feel this is abduction too. I dont think she'll run away and the people who took her will not say anything since this is all over the news and she is minor.
But LE has to cover all angles no matter what so they want to know what she was doing within the last few days

The kid have an Iphone5, icloud should have some back-up files on their servers with her pictures, apps and etc, her phone is the easiest to track than android because these kids normally just download apps and doesnt really set up much securities on it that's why most of their social media sites are public. IMO LE wants the actual phone because they want fingerprints on the actual hardware itself and not the apps.

After a week of LE saying dogs tracked her back to the house they informed the public yesterday during the presser that they now believe she Never made it back to the house.
So, IMO it is a behavior or something leading them away from the house and Abby being there.

But LE said today AH didnt reach home.
You mean the perp searched the house first for her and when they cant find her drove around and saw her walking?

DanaK, at 2:30-3:00pm on a school day, does the walking/bike trail behind the outlet have a lot of people on it? Is there room on the shoulder for a vehicle to pull over for a second so someone could hop in?

If we use Sierra's case as a "benchmark," so to speak, dude got rid of her phone pretty quickly. I think he threw it out the window into the ditch where it was found. So, I seriously doubt AH will be found at some lost and found place. Sierra's clutch/bag was found near the abandoned shed/building/barn, whatever you want to call it.

DanaK, are there any abandoned barns or structures like that near the last ping w/i 5 miles in any direction? I know that's a tall order to fill. :)

Unlike the media most of asked the question of " Does the dog know which way the trail was coming/going to school even what day the dog was picking up ? "

El Wrongo again from JY .

Shoot, I missed that. There goes my theory. :blushing:

If her mother worked until 7:00 she had to have time to drive home. 15 minutes to gather her things, clock out, get to the car and drive home seems a reasonable amount of time to me. Google says an 8 minute drive from the hospital to her house. That makes the "something is amiss" window even smaller IMO.

All of those roads including the N-S rd. have a marked Bike lane on both sides of the road. It of course could also be used as a breakdown lane . So yes. Pulling over would not be an issue. The N-S has wide shoulders and much distance to the tree line. Cars park or pull off all the time.
