The only information about the text from Abby was a "heart". To me that was hearsay as told to them by JDC. Maybe they do not have the right to question a minor. I don't know.

Which post are you disagreeing with? If mine, you must have read incorrectly or I wasn't clear??? Because what you are saying in no way isn't in agreement with my thinking :D

You don't think they saw that heart nor looked at the phone? I believe it was stated that JC went to them with the text. I picture a kid showing it to them, here, look. I cannot imagine LE would give out a piece like that without having verified it and going on somebody's word. Especially given there are so few actual facts in this case and that heart is one of them. One of very few. LE wouldn't just say "Oh, you got a heart text" and run with it without seeing it.

To me it doesn't make sense that a girl is walking for a half an hour and doesn't mention where she was along the way?? Come on! And,the boyfriend wouldn't of asked?

If bf knows she's walking home, why would he ask?

I would of thought that in the course of a half hour conversation and knowing she is walking alone he just might of said " hey where are ya now"? Seems kind of normal to me.

It's happened!

Dorice 'Dee Dee' Moore was one of the last ones.

ABC appear to have bought up the rights as that is all you get in youtube searches.
Her Police interviews were something else.

Sorry for veering further off topic, but just had to respond to this post.

It probably happens without us even knowing unless they identify themselves.

Anyone remember the old InSession/Court TV board... well an IL wife killer was posting on a thread. That was used in court against him. He is now in prison for 65 years. (Robert Arnette, killed wife Naomi Arnette)

This might be a dumb question. But...

How do we know Abby took the same bus a her boyfriend? I think I have read every article and I do not recall seeing anything about that. I think chances of both of them riding the same bus in a school of 900 students would be slim.

Completely agree. I doubt they rode the same bus.

We don't. I didn't think they did take the same bus. I don't recall seeing others thought that either?

  • #751
We were told she didn't ride a bus that day.

  • #752
She could of taken his bus if she had ever gone to his house after school.

  • #753
I believe she was talking about same or different bus in general, not that day. e.g. are they on the same bus route therefore on the same bus.

  • #754
Seriously, there are posts upon posts about "what if she got on the bus, what if she got off the bus, what if they had a fight, what if..."

But really, it has not been posted in MSM that she normally rode HIS bus, just that she (Mom said) normally rode the bus.

He knows she's headed home, he wouldn't have any inclination that danger was headed her way and he's got no reason to discuss her whereabouts. I would guess it's more likely they're discussing things at school, who said what to who, who's seeing who, when they can see each other again. Remember these are kids, we adults might ask "hey how close to home are you" but kids are more concerned with things like how much they like each other, how much homework and when they can get to see each other again.

FBI Timeline says she walked! That's all there is folks! AH walked home from school and according to the LE did not take the yellow bus home from school that day, not any yellow bus, not hers, not his, not anybody else's yellow bus.

These boots were made for walkin (I'm singing the song in my head now)

We know she walked.

BBM: Agreed. Anyone ever read a typical 14 yr old text conversation? Um.... not a whole lot of substance imo

She wouldn't have gotten off the bus. Does anyone remember school and the bus? If you have a disagreement or tension with someone on the bus, too bad. It's not public transportation where you pull the cord, the bus stops and you get off. The bus stops at specific stops and only specific children can get off at those specific stops unless they have permission to get off at a stop other than their own. Even if she had had a fight with JC, it's HIGHLY unlikely she'd walk up to the bus driver and say "let me off" and the bus driver would pull over, lights blinking, and let her off. And once you're on the bus, you're on for the duration. Sorry to be so blunt about it, but this is a school bus, you don't get on and off like it's public transport. And all this bus talk is coming from last night's NG show, a show that also reported AH was a cheerleader. We have several witnesses that AH never got on the bus that day, we have JC who stated (through his dad's interview) that he saw her walking as his bus passed her. We have DF who stated in an MSM interview that she saw AH walking ahead of her and turn right on a dirt road. And we have LE who state that although they initially thought she had made it home and they were initially told by Mom that she was supposed to be on the bus, AH never made it home or rode the bus that day.

I do know what kids talk about as i have raised a few of my own. Not being argumentative here. But, kids do ask "hey where are ya at now"?
