Missing Child / Family Abduction

LONDONDERRY, NH (November 5, 2019): The Londonderry Police Department asks for the public’s help in locating Anthony Nicolosi, a Caucasian male 3 years of age described as being about 3’ tall and about 30 lbs with blond hair and brown eyes, who is believed to be in his biological mother’s custody in defiance of a court order issued in the 10th Circuit Court – Family Division – Derry granting full custody to the child’s biological father.

Malinda Nicolosi, a Caucasian female 46 years of age described as being 5’07’ and 110 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes (see attached photos), was last seen with her son in Londonderry on November 1, 2019 and is believed to be in the New Hampshire or Massachusetts area driving:

NH 430 3730, a silver 2010 Nissan Murano (see attached facsimile).

Witnesses report that she/they may be in the following Massachusetts communities: Fitchburg, Tewksbury, Cambridge and/or Peabody.

The LPD currently has an active warrant for Malinda Nicolosi’s arrest alleging the misdemeanor offense of:

1) Interference with Custody contrary to RSA 633:4

What a cute kid!!

It always pains me when missing kids such as this little one get less attention because “he’s with his biological mother.” Wish it were true but we all know that means squat.

And all of the “poor momma” BS on social media...just NO. If you are a mature, responsible parent I don’t care how painful/costly/etc it is to get your child back you endure it because he’s a child and you’re the parent.
