Parents charged in shooting incident involving child, 7
The parents of a 7-year-old Manchester boy who suffered a gunshot wound in the leg were both arrested on charges regarding the Thursday night incident, Manchester police officials have announced.
Miguel Roman Jr., 30, of 39 Walnut St., was charged with reckless conduct, falsifying physical evidence and endangering the welfare of a child.
The boy’s mother, Jennifer Puglisi, 29, of Manchester was charged with reckless conduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
