Woman looking for missing sister

Daye Boulanger has not seen her sister since Thursday, and she is hoping someone will find her soon. Boulanger and her sister, Denise Bean, 65, live in the Rocky Hill area of the city.
According to Boulanger, her sister has health issues and has not been taking her medication. “She has lived with me for 15 years,” Boulanger said. “We are just a year apart and are very close and spend a lot of time together.”

Somersworth police have filed with a data base making Denise Bean a missing and endangered person.

Daye says her sister is about 5-feet tall, 130 pounds and may seem non-responsive.

Search was held for Denise but volunteers found nothing.

SOMERSWORTH — Despite dozens of volunteers combing the woods for several hours Saturday, there is still no trace of Denise Bean.

Bean, 65, was reported missing by her sister Daye Boulanger. The last time Boulanger saw her sister was on Wednesday, June 1.

Boulanger and her husband live at 17 Winslow Dr., and Bean has been with them for 15 years. Boulanger said her sister has health issues and had not been taking her medication.

Boulanger said she heard her sister downstairs on the morning of June 2, and heard the door close, but thought it was her bedroom door.

What is strange is that I live around 40 or so minutes from there. She comes from a decent area. I do not recall even hearing about this woman on the news! People in NH do help when they know someone is missing, but sometimes, news coverage isn't a given in this state. Very frustrating!
