no medical attention

no wider family outings/gatherings. Maybe he even had a birthday. No nothing.
Many places have free public 4k - I am not sure what New Hampshire does.

Compulsory education begins at age 6. He may have been eligible to start kindergarten or attend a preschool program, but nothing is required until age 6. JMO.

Ill be on the road tomorrow for a couple of hours just south of Merrimack and I'll be looking for that JOJO license plate!

Right in Merrimack and I have seen nothing regarding searches etc. If I do, is it OK to post?

That would be fine to post as a local CaffeinatedOwll .. preferably with a link to some local news outlets who might be covering search efforts.

Mother, Man Arrested in Connection With Investigation Into Missing NH Boy
More at link
Authorities say the mother of a missing 5-year-old boy from New Hampshire and a man she was believed to be with have been arrested in connection with the ongoing investigation into the child's disappearance.

The boy's mother, Danielle Dauphinais, and a man she was with, Joseph Stapf, were arrested Sunday by New York Transit Authority officers in the Bronx on warrants charging them with witness tampering and child endangerment, the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office said.

The witness tampering charges allege Dauphinais and Stapf each asked other people to lie about Elijah and where he was living, knowing that child protection service workers were searching for him. The endangerment charge alleges that they violated a duty of care, protection or support for Elijah.

If they agree to waive formal extradition, they are expected to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court in Nashua later this week."

I am really glad that they were caught, as quickly as they were. I pray that Elijah is found safe.

Mother, Man Arrested In Investigation Into Missing New Hampshire 5-Year-Old Elijah Lewis

“We’re trying to find Elijah. We hope we’re going to find him in good condition. But I would be less than honest if I didn’t say that the chances of that are not looking great at this point,” Senior Assistant Attorney General Benjamin Agati said Monday.

Investigators said the boy’s father does not live in New Hampshire, but is aware of what is happening with the search.

“At this point, we’re hoping it’s not a recovery mission,” Agati said. “We’re hoping somehow that we are going to go under a rock somewhere and find out that someone has taken him in, maybe there is some sort of mistaken identity that’s going on out there or he’s been misidentified. But right now, we are fearful that may be the direction we are headed.”

Investigators had search dogs out Monday, as they moved from the home where the couple lived, to the pond behind it, to some woods across the street.

“There’s an abandoned house on the other side,” said a neighbor, pointing to the woods. “Then there’s a camp out in back of that with some cabins and stuff.” He said neighbors never saw the boy. “We never saw this little boy, and several of us are just aghast that there was a five-year-old living there,” he said.

This doesn't bode well: "we never saw this little boy". She had had him since May 2020 and no one saw him playing outside? I hope they find some trace of him.
