I was kinda hoping we were going to get to the murder today---I'm currently doubting it :banghead:

I still can't believe that all they had was milk, cider and tea....

No kidding....there is some very important details missing here....I have listened to her for the last two hours and am leaving now but this trial is just too much...Kat is lying through her teeth but will no doubt not loose immunity...Roberta should be brought in on charges and Seth just sits there like some sort of monster....I feel for this jury because the stuff coming out of Kat's mouth in this childlike voice is just crazy.

Kat: It was something I questioned, she was someone I wanted to come over as a friend but after what happened with Seth it made me start to think…I'm not sure if it was a lie or me trying to figure out my own thoughts..

That was a misunderstanding... the cross of Kat is to take a week and a half.

He almost had her on that one--she initially agreed that she told his attorneys the "truth"--then realized that she had admitted to more of the murder while in their office---that's when "story" came back up

Barth now jumping between conversations she had with Gerkin, and with Seth's defense team..( when she told them that she'd killed Lizzi) Barth: you told us the truth cause you thought you could trust us… Kat: I trusted you cause you were Seth’s attys… I told you guys a story about what happened… I told you a story not the truth, I told you a story…

Yes, and the simple fact that she says 'Seth murdered Lizzie' (or words to that direct effect) at every opportunity makes me think even more strongly the story she told the defense initially was true, or at least almost the complete truth.
