today is beginning of three day hearing of john goodman in west palm beach regarding if his blood alcohol levels will be heard in retrial.....

That is what I am feeling too. Especially since he wants to show the video first then later go over transcript. OK that is what I got...

I always thought it would be fun to be a Judge, but forget that!
