Mitochondrial DNA samples were sent from NH to the FBI lab for comparison purposes. On the screen is the same list we saw before... hairs and swabs, from the inside of a cheek... the expert is testifying that she compared four hair samples found at Pierce Island.. with hair from Seth Mazzaglia, and a cheek swab from Kat McDonough... her analysis ruled out that the hairs could have come from Kat or Seth. But based on samples provided by Melissa Marriott, Lizzi's mother, she concludes that she can't exclude them Melissa/Elizabeth as being the source of the hairs.
