Her continual "I didn't want to lose him" makes sense only in this light (to me) - she just killed someone in his apartment, an arrangement she orchestrated (no texts or anything from Seth to Lizzie or Andi/Brad, nothing with him setting anything up, just Kat). Of course she was afraid of losing him, her big plan for the night just turned into disaster, at her hands. I'm frankly amazed how kind her was to her on the phone in jail. Yes, I believe he played some role beforehand, still not sure how much, but I think she's the killer and as mentioned before by angiefly, they should be switching places.

Wasn't kat the one who emailed or told a friend about seth not satisfying her sexually? I think it may have been Roberta?

In any case that always bothered me as the person who would look to bring others in to engage in sex with her. seth had Roberta 'service' him on occasion. I think these two are peas in a pod.
