The letter returning home from camp… it offended you? Kat: It brought up a lot of emotions… I didn’t like it, I didn’t know what I’d done to upset him that much ... Barth talks to her about the sticky notes she left him about her sexual fantasies, things she wanted him to do...

Barth... so when we see Seth’s words, his text message on a big screen, read out loud in the courtroom, its upsetting huh? … that text message literally mirrored the messages you left him to do? Kat: No it didn’t.

Kat: I spent more time pleasuring him than he spent pleasuring me.. .it was more of a one sided relationship, but at the time, there were moments… where yah, I felt like that’s what he wanted me to be for him

Wild About Trial ‏@WildAboutTrial 51s
#SethMazzaglia somehow these romantic things Kat and Seth said to each other don't sound so romantic in a court of law. :/

I got here late, thought it wasn't starting till 10:00 their time. What a lovely area of discussion to walk into in the morning, sticky notes of...desires.

Does she really think the jury will believe that she wrote that stuff about him doing to her the act she didn't like because she felt inadequate? Maybe it's just too early for me to process how that makes sense.

Proving that she's lying about anal proves she'll lie about anything.

so is this woman on trial? I am trying to get where this is going...is the defense saying she killed Lizzie and he just watched? She has immunity and he is on trial for murder so I'm just not getting it. I guess he is trying to show that she is stronger than she claims (which I'm sure is true) but so what...?

Her boyfriend Seth Mazzaglia is on trial. She got immunity and is serving 1 1/2 years for her part in the murder as a bargain for her truthful testimony.

But you wouldn't know that if you just tuned in since she is very much being questioned like she will be given a verdict at the end.

Is that your answer..

How does impeachment work? Does the jury decide at some point together or at the end of the trial?

Kat is trying to explain that she and her friend Tori used to make paper dolls.. and name them... "Scarlett was a pirate wench... she had different universes she would go to... like Harry Potter, or Pirates of the Caribbean...we took aspects of story books... she had a different guy in each world... Jack Sparrow... but he didn't belong in Hogwarts... so in the paper doll world, this person had a different character in each universe."
