I know this defense cross is long...with that said, my thoughts are that he is doing a great job impeaching KM. The longer she has been on the stand, the more it is apparent that her testimony is self serving IMO. She has come up with this "poor me" to relieve her of any cause of Lizzie's murder. Even according to what she admits...she lured Lizzie there, she knew sex advances were going to be attempted on Lizzie, she was sitting right next to Lizzie when she was murdered, she held the rope on Lizzie's neck, she closed the curtain during the murder to conceal it...then she went into shock and had nothing to do with the murder!!! PLEASE! not buying it....following the murder... she made the calls to Roberta for assistance after the the rape and murder, she collects all of Lizzie's personal items, she changes clothes, she finds Lizzie's car, she chooses where to dump the body, she drives to the lookout, she climbs down and pushes Lizzie into the ocean and covers her up. She meets with SM defense attorney, stays in contact with SM atleast 2 months following the murder. When does she change??? Offer of immunity!!! Then she is abused by her father and SM. She was in charge preceding and following the murder and rape in her own words! By no means am I saying that SM is innocent. They are both creepy and evil killers IMO The state was so wrong in giving this woman immunity. I don't buy for a minute she was the victim here as she is trying to say. Lizzie was!!!

Defense suggests she is parsing out her answers for the jury... when she says she reacted to Ms. Fowler's mention of the kinky con convention with 'omg yes'... as being excited to know that Andrea was into BDSM... Defense is saying she doesn't mention anywhere that Seth didn't want to go to these things, as she told the grand jury...
