Barth: do you recall testifying you claimed to this jury.. that Andy and Brad came over the next night and you weren’t really up for it as you claimed for this jury… Kat: in light of the events that had happened I really didn’t want to no ... Barth keeps referring to what she says as impeachment, that is not consistent with previous testimony...

:dunno: Nothing I can think of (even the sex stuff is not new to my brain....not that it is "my thing", just nothing that is breaking news :facepalm: ).

Defense making a BIG point here....the two times prior to Lizzie that a woman was involved in a sex act with them....they only were involved with KM. Lizzie was lured there for that night for KM I totally believe. Yes, SM could have stopped it...but KM was so involved in the luring of Lizzie and the disposal of her body...only makes common sense that she was involved in the murder. So far, testimony has shown that the women brought to their apartment were women KM was attracted to not necessarily SM. I am starting to believe that after months into the relationship. KM was bored and wanted to bring in a woman. JMO

About lying to police officers - specifically the one who called looking for Lizzi Marriott.... Barth: in that short conversation he asked about Ms. Marriott, you said she didn’t make it… I did yes… you said you were expecting her at 10 o’clock… you described the scene how you walked around the building… tell us what did you tell the officer about Ms. Marriott coming over? I don’t recall it that well…
