GUILTY - it's a start. We've a long way to go for justice for Harmony. But I'll take every small victory I can get along the way.

MANCHESTER, N.H. (Court TV) — Adam Montgomery has been found guilty of all charges in his weapons theft trial.

Montgomery, the father of missing Harmony Montgomery, was convicted of eight charges related to the 2019 thefts.

Authorities accused Adam of stealing two firearms on two separate dates from the home of a person identified as C.F. in court documents.

At the time of his arrest in April 2022, Adam was in custody on assault charges related to Harmony’s case. Attorney General John Formella said in a news release, “There is no evidence of any connection between the stolen firearms and the disappearance of Harmony Montgomery.”

You're correct @twall. Thank you.

Adam Montgomery has been found guilty of all six weapons charges he was facing, including the most serious charges of being an armed career criminal.

One by one in court Thursday morning, the jurors read their verdicts: guilty on two counts each of being an armed career criminal, receiving stolen property, and theft by unauthorized taking.

moo, court tv forgot about the two that were dropped. AM guilty on all charges, charged! It's confusing...

Two of those counts were later dropped – one charge each for being a felon in possession of a rifle and in possession of a shotgun.

The six remaining counts include two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of receiving stolen property for retaining the guns. He is also charged with one count each of being an armed career criminal, for possessing the rifle, and for possessing the shotgun. (An armed career criminal is defined as having been convicted of three or more qualifying felonies.)

This is one of the saddest cases I have followed. How could a child be missing/dead for 2 years and nobody knew??? Seeing a common theme lately between the Vallow/Daybell case where there are several states/jurisdictions involved and that slows the process down.

I cannot believe the MA court took her from loving foster parents and gave her back to her sociopathic drug addicted father. Sounds like there was NO RESEARCH done to verify his statements either. No follow-up with New Hampshire.

This is not acceptable on any level.

I have wanted to know what he did, but honestly I am now afraid of what horror he did to this darling girl that we will hear today. Pure evil imo.
Same here. Not sure my heart is ready for this. :(
