An affidavit revealing disturbing details in the investigation of the death of 5-year-old Harmony Montgomery has been released.

From the words of Kayla Montgomery, just around Thanksgiving, they were living out of their car and Harmony was having a lot of bathroom accidents.
Shortly after noon on Dec 7, Harmony had a toileting accident, and as he was driving AM turned around with a closed fist and assaulted Harmony in the head two or three times.
The affidavit describes her making some whimpering sounds and Adam said, 'I felt something there. I think I really hurt her this time."
Harmony whimpered for 5 or 10 minutes in the back seat before falling silent.
KM admits that no one checked on her, there was no effort to get her first aid, and there was no discussion between KM and AM about what was going on in the back seat.
They arrived at an apartment complex, AM went to the rear of the vehicle and unpacked a gym bag and proceeded to put Harmony's body inside the gym bag.
Over the next weeks and months, Harmony's body was transferred to numerous locations around the city.
Some of the most profound DNA evidence was found in a "Families in Transition" apartment. The family moved into that apartment on Dec 30, about three weeks after Harmony was murdered.
Her body was then in a trash bag inside a cooler, and that bag had been moved up inside a ceiling tile in the apartment.
There are photos in the affidavit that show staining which LE says comes from a decomposed body.
For a time, AM was working as a dishwasher at a local restaurant and according to KM, for at least a week, a trash bag containing Harmony's body was located in the walk-in freezer.

The 48-page document draws heavily on interviews with Adam Montgomery's estranged wife, Kayla Montgomery. The affidavit says Kayla Montgomery admitted lying in her grand jury testimony, in which she said she last saw Harmony two days before Thanksgiving 2019.
In a later interview with police, Kayla Montgomery said she and Adam Montgomery, along with Harmony and two other children, were living in their car after they were from their home on Gilford Street in Manchester. She said that on Dec. 7, 2019, their car broke down, and it was on that day that Adam Montgomery allegedly struck Harmony and killed her.

Poor Harmony, probably terrified of that monster, trying so hard to "hold it". He has HIS FAULT LIVING IN A CAR, and he blames poor Harmony for his FAILURE AS A HUMAN BEING. That poor child. Maybe a skull fracture, brain bleed, no medical attention, no first aid, no comfort of any sort.
They left her to die in the car while the rest went into a restaurant to eat.

Oh, dear sweet innocent Harmony, I wish all the love we have for you now could have saved you then.

I have recently been stating that I simply cannot follow these horrendous cases where children, poor wonderful children are being so violated by adults. I just cannot start following any new cases regarding the horrors adults are inflicting upon children.
But this case is too close to my home in NH, for 30+ years....in areas and neighborhoods I am so very familiar with. It just hurts even more...

I needed more info about KH (also, P O S). Appears she was arrested on welfare fraud and concerning precious Harmony she received a plea deal. MOO

So often a "toileting accident" in these cases. My hubs and I got a little pup on Sunday, he has peed pooped and barfed on my hubby. And scratched his lip and torn skin on his arms. And we love him and would fiercely protect him. poor little Harmony. Heartbreaking.

How pathetic is your existence, how desperate your life, how steeped in abuse and drugs do you have to be to live in a car with a child's decomposing body in a duffelbag beside you, and think, yeah, this works?
Fear, drugs, chaos -- maybe some people are that trapped or feel that trapped.... maybe they stay thinking they can at least protect their own children, make him less mad? Some kind of survival mode... with a mountain of both denial and resignation I suppose.
But the dissonance. My God. Living in a car, decomp and two babies, with a violent, murderous lover... into Dunkin Donuts...
God help us.

The AA was hard to read -- but did I read that he had help the last day? Multiple bags (gahhhhhhh), many stops. Dumpsters? I actually don't think so. Remote burial? Remote burialS seems more likely....

Police said at no time did anyone stop to get Harmony medical attention. The incident in the car reportedly happened between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Court documents note Kayla said the family went to a Burger King and returned to a Manchester apartment complex parking lot where they were staying. They stayed for about 20 minutes, and no one reportedly checked on Harmony.
The family then left the parking lot, and the car broke down around 12:15 p.m. At that time, Kayla and Adam allegedly discovered that Harmony was dead.

I dont think shes that far away from where the Uhaul was rented tbh, he was only gone 5-6 hours. That means he couldve only gone 2.5-3 hours away, plus you need to factor in the amount of time it took him to dispose of her remains.
