Thank you, jury.

Harmony's biological mother will have a chance to give a victim statement at the sentencing hearing. And AM will have to be present.

Thinking of Harmony's little brother and adoptive parents as there is now some justice for Harmony. When he is older, I hope this will help with his coming to terms over time with the loss of his dear, sweet, older sister.

Was J. the one who was the youngest baby in the car when Harmony was killed? I saw his adoptive father in an interview.

The other children in the car were KM and AM sons. Jamison is Harmony's half brother who was adopted.

Yeah, unfortunately I'm sure you're right about that. I think his hatred for others is stronger than anything, even his own self-preservation.
I can't imagine he'll do well in prison.

Thanks. So J never was part of the Kayla/Adam loving family? I mean living with them. So Adam is not father to J.?

Hope he isn’t granted conjugal visits. May he never procreate again. God Bless Harmony and all who love her. The jurors definitely got this verdict right.

He was never a part of the Montgomery family and is not AM child. Crystal wanted both children adopted to the same family and was denied a continence by the mass judge who gave AM custody of Harmony the same day she was attending the adoption hearing for Jaimison in NH.

He might do well to tell authorities the location of little Harmony's body, in return for protective custody in prison, if such a deal is possible.
If he goes into general pop he'll be looking over his shoulder the rest of his days. He'll be a target of more than a few inmates.

I feel relieved of the guilty verdict, but why won't this useless skin suit disclose the location of her remains so she can be properly laid to rest? Why????

The cold hearted nature of this killing was intentional to me, was first degree ever an option? He was found guilty of second degree on everything. He'll be knocked down a notch or 2 when it is found out in prison he's a baby killer, especially of his own daughter. I don't think I'll have a problem with that either.

Fly high sweet Harmony, you are truly free now.

Just like little Harmony was many times I'd bet. :(

A jury has found Adam Montgomery guilty of murdering his 5-year-old daughter, Harmony.

The jury reached its decision after deliberating for about a day. They also found Adam Montgomery, 34, guilty of second-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence, abuse of a corpse and tampering with a witness and informants.

Sentencing likely will be scheduled for sometime after April 1, but it could be as late as May. Prosecutors said they plan to file a request to require that Adam Montgomery be present for sentencing.

Adam Montgomery was not in court as the verdicts were read, and he had not attended the trial since jury selection.

Adam Montgomery and his lawyers, Caroline Smith and James Brooks, at Hillsborough County Superior Court in Manchester, New Hampshire, February 6, 2024.

“Every person who has their life taken from them, by murder, whether it is a 5-year-old child, or a 63-year-old man, or a 45-year-old, every single person has a value of their lives,” Agati said. “This case was different in terms of some of the attention that it garnered but not in terms of the value of Harmony’s life or the value of anybody else’s life.”

Sure hope he is compelled (hogtied etc) to show up for sentencing.

I’ve had enough of him.

Sweet Harmony. So many would have taken her. Loved her. Encouraged her and gave her a life of love, acceptance and joy.

Adam deserves to rot. I mean that sincerely.

I hope that he does tell where her remains are.

I really do believe they will find our little lamb. They seem confident.
We have to hope.
I feel so very sad. Seeing the emotions of the attorneys and le. Ugh. My heart.
Thank you to the jury.

I’m not so sure. I think he did unspeakable things to her remains.

I want her found but I’m prepared for the reality that may not happen.

Such a sweet child. I would have taken her in a heartbeat.

This case makes me ill.

I know what you mean, and given the data regarding the Tobin Bridge location, if she was dumped there, she could have wound up in the ocean.
