Was the warrant for his arrest for assault initially issued in 2019? Was there an open warrant out for his arrest for 2 years?

We will find out but if there was DCYF involvement like an attempt to remove her from the home and he did not comply, it could be related to something like that?

I requested access from the Court but since they did not publish a case number I am not sure if they will get me access in time. If you are not involved in the case you are supposed to specify the case number from the daily docket sheet. There's a separate process for the media so they will be covering it no matter what.

633:4 Interference With Custody. –

I. A person is guilty of a class B felony if such person knowingly takes from this state or entices away from this state any child under the age of 18, or causes any such child to be taken from this state or enticed away from this state, with the intent to detain or conceal such child from:
(a) A parent, guardian or other person having lawful parental rights and responsibilities as described in RSA 461-A; or
(b) An agency that has protective supervision or legal custody of the child under RSA 169-C or guardianship of the child under RSA 463.
II. A person is guilty of a misdemeanor if such person knowingly takes, entices away, detains or conceals any child under the age of 18, or causes any such child to be taken, enticed away, detained or concealed, with the intent to detain or conceal such child from:
(a) A parent, guardian or other person having lawful parental rights and responsibilities as described in RSA 461-A; or
(b) An agency that has protective supervision or legal custody of the child under RSA 169-C or guardianship of the child under RSA 463.
III. It shall be an affirmative defense to a charge under paragraph I or II that the person so charged was acting in good faith to protect the child from real and imminent physical danger. Evidence of good faith shall include but shall not be limited to the filing of a nonfrivolous petition documenting such danger and seeking to modify the custody decree in a court of competent jurisdiction within this state. Such petition must be filed within 72 hours of termination of visitation rights.
IV. The affirmative defense set forth in paragraph III shall not be available if the person charged with the offense has left this state with the child

Seeing the picture of him... Sorry, I know I am sounding judgmental, but he doesn't appear to be one with a moral compass. No remorse or anything that he knows where she is and he is refusing to say. JMHO of course.

Also, the tat near his eye:

The reporter from fox said another inmate was just arraigned. I wonder if they just haven't gotten to him yet?

This article reads that bio mom became concerned about Harmony’s whereabouts only after the adoptive parents couldn’t make contact with AM themselves.

I’m very weary of parents who do not love and protect their children, then rant and rave at others because the children have not been loved and protected by those others. That the bio mom had her parental rights removed, or gave up her parental rights, says a lot.

I know addiction’s many evils, and bio mom and bio dad can cry a river to someone else. They should have been Harmony’s fiercest advocates. Their choices, no one else’s, have brought the story to this place.

It appears Harmony got the short end of the stick all the way around. We know where Harmony’s story is going to end, thank goodness her younger brother escaped the same fate.
