Did anyone take a picture of the alleged black eye? Accusations must be backed up with proof.

When was the baby born that only 3 children and not 4 are mentioned in the linked reports?

I am as interested in the police calls to Harmony's home as everyone else. I hope I am not coming across as defending police or child protection services. I am just trying to caution that the police reports indicate that they did assess the welfare of the children in the home. They didn't ignore it.

I realize Harmony is most likely deceased but something about the events leading up to her disappearance makes it seem planned. If there had been zero discussion between Kayla and Adam, then surely Kayla wouldn’t have just accepted that Adam took Harmony to CS as a statement after the fact. So maybe he sold her??

After Harmony was missing. After Kayla's mother got the restraining order. She's only 1. Kayla's bail application gives the children's birthdates.

I absolutely understand where you're coming from and I agree. I see you asking me, what could they do? And you're right, they enter the home and they do what they legally can do.

I think it's hard because parts of Manchester are very poor. Parts of rural NH are very, very poor. It's not a crime to be poor - it's a crime to abuse and neglect your children. And sometimes I think the state gets it wrong in both directions.

Than what infant are they talking about that HM allegedly had her hand over the mouth when AM was in the bathroom?

Maybe it's time for Harmony's Law-a law that would provide both support and supervision of families at risk.

From what I can tell these are only a few of many (29) reports. They outline condition of home/food etc but wonder if any assess the adults condition/sobriety?

Perhaps the fact that they were getting closer to having to get out of the house due to the foreclosure and pending eviction, they talked about Harmony returning to her mother's care. Even if just thinking about it. And then at some point, one day, AM tells KM he is taking HM back to her mother's.

Adam and Kayla have 3 kids together. One of the kids was an infant and I think Harmony was 5 when that happened. He was using the bathroom and baby cried and she was supposed to be watching this newborn and had her hand over the baby’s mouth bc I mean.. she’s 5 and it’s a newborn. Weird logic right.

It appears the search is winding down at the house 7-year-old Harmony Montgomery was last seen in Manchester, New Hampshire. I'm watching as police and FBI teams appear to be packing up. Putting our story together for
@NewsNationNow
tonight.
Thank goodness they were able to complete their search of the property because tomorrow it's going to be far too cold to have done this.

<modsnip - quoted post removed>

What was the DCYF hearing about? And why was CS allowed to attend if she is no longer a custodial parent? I thought DCYF hearings were confidential. Is it related to her contacting DCYF and the Mayor's Office in November 2021?

ETA: I get that DCYF would hold a hearing and have AM there, since he is the custodial parent of a missing child. But don't quite understand why they allowed CS to be there, unless it was due to her contacting them in November.
I understood this hearing was held in family court. Under the current circumstances, I doubt the court would be hard-pressed to turn the biological mother away. Also, perhaps CS presence was required -- such as she was subpoenaed to testify (either about her prior custody or as a witness).

I am sure the officers are not happy about having to leave children in such a chaotic situation either. My brother was a detective and it pained him greatly when children were present on drug task force, no knock raids. Took quite a toll on him emotionally. And physically too.

of January 2021, further food stamp paperwork indicated her household consisted of two married adults and four children, “three in common and all claimed as tax dependents.

Stepmother of missing Harmony Montgomery charged with fraud

So, clearly they both knew HM was NOT with her mom if they were claiming her as a dependent on their state and federal tax returns. If they filed....

Maybe the welfare fraud case is being reduced because a federal tax fraud case is forthcoming?
