I was 5 yrs old and lived right down the street when this happened. I rember growing up hearing people comment and always seeing flyers even as years past. I also found out some trouble some information about a man who married my grandmother. They lived on hall place and my mom and I lived there as well. His name was John and from the stories he was a bad man. My mother said one day a bunch of police from all over showed up and arrested him something to do with children. Over the years I kept wondering about Tammy and today I wonder if he ever was questioned. I have looked him up but being so long ago can't find any files about him and that's odd. My grandmother divorced that week and never went back to the house again. She did ask my mom about a lock box if she could get into the box my mom bought the exact box and the key happened to work for John's box. My grandmother never told her what she found and I don't know if she ever told anyone besides my mom about the box. This was about 1984 1986 time frame. Not sure if any of this is even remotely helpful. My mom said he was arrested because of stuff having to do with children but that's all she ever said.

I feel I should apologize for something I posted several times here and in threads involving Christy Luna. I read in a source or two, both newspaper websites, years ago that Victor Wonyetye had confessed to eight to twelve inmates, I believe in New Hampshire, that he had raped, strangled and murdered two 8-year-old girls. I had shared this numerous times because I felt it was some pretty solid evidence against Wonyetye, and since it came from newspapers, the sources seemed credible enough, and I felt it was something people needed to know who may not be aware of it already. However, I have since read elsewhere, and I cannot remember where I read it, that the inmates later admitted that they made it up, possibly for attention. I now take the testimony of the inmates with a grain of salt, and I want to apologize for sharing it as I did before in light of the inmates making it up.
