Van Bowman is alive, still lives in West Chesterfield, and believe it or not, has remarried. Why any woman in her right mind would go within 1000 feet of Van is beyond me.

Chesterfield's Police Dept. now is excellent. Back then it was another story. The information I have about the Chief's behavior at the time of the disappearance is from a fellow resident who also was in law enforcement, but as it has never been in msm I will keep my mouth shut. Suffice it to say in my opinion, the blame for this debacle rests on his shoulders. JMO

Everyone in town "knows" what happened to Tina and Bethany. MOO.
