I am waiting to see if his toxicology shows bath salts or whatever synthetic drug is popular there. Here, we have people on it overheat and take their clothes off and end up dead in water. Multiple times. It’s crazy. I really hope a kid that age didn’t get into some... MOO

I could be wrong FunkyMonkey but wouldn’t toxicology reports be back by now? Anyone know what the standard is for someone found in water within 1 week?

It's usually about 6-8 weeks for tox (in England, anyway), but this might have been delayed because of the virus.

So the coroner threatens contempt of court charges if discussed. Why-? I hope his mother gets some answers to the many questions his death has thrown up.

I was checking to see if there were any updates, and there isn't. This looks like it won't have any concrete answers other than a promising young life lost due to drowning. It's so sad. He was such a beautiful child.

Neither can I. Wondered if it had been disgarded before this CCTV. That is if it is him. I guess forensics would have the tools to be sure. I would imagine the back pack to be on his back and not slung over his shoulder as it would unbalance him
