Found Deceased NI - Noah Donohoe, 14, North Belfast, 21 June 2020

There is some breaking news in relation to this case. I just saw the headlines in tomorrows Sunday World. Noah apparently left his home 14 hours prior to his disappearance (unknown to his mother) and returned soaking wet, without his flip flops.

The latest hearing this morning was told that some material which had previously been categorised as sensitive has now been reclassified as non-sensitive by the PSNI, meaning it will now be made available to the inquest.

“I don’t believe anyone was told the period ended at the end of January, it would have been helpful if that had been flagged up,” the barrister told the court.

“But we are where we are with it. It now requires the PSNI to purchase it, that obviously has a cost for public bodies like the PSNI. As you know, there are processes that have to be gone through.

“Happily, with the intervention of my instructing solicitor, and others, those have been expedited and authorities been obtained to purchase a number of licences.”

Clearly something is very wrong here. I hope mum gets answers.

The mother of Noah Donohoe has questioned why it took five years before CCTV footage of her son captured hours before his disappearance was shared with the public.

This case and the handling of it has always baffled me....why on earth wasn't this made known ...if this happened the night before then why ? And surely it wouldn't be some sort of medical event as presumably his mum saw him after this and before his disappearance

And it’s now the inquest is postponed to 2026, 6 years after the event. All ever so strange and protracted.
