I have enjoyed several of her movies..
I liked Birthday Girl and the one she did with Sandra Bullock they were witches.. I can't recall the name at the moment.
I don't think she made good choices when it comes to husbands and feel really badly for the two children she adopted because she left them with nutcase.

Practical Magic was the movie I think, and it was a blast...who can resist Aidan Quinn's super-blue eyes???

As for leaving the kids with nutcase, what chance did she have against his firepower??? Look at what the lunatic has done to Katie Holmes-she smiles like Nicole, poses like Nicole, stands behind him like Nicole did...she is just a younger more pliant version. I think the coffin was nailed shut for them when they did "Eyes Wide Shut." She was too good...who even remembers him in that film...but Nicole was amazing. I think she was incredible in the "Pamela Smart" movie she did, which is a personal favorite due to the incredible black comedy elements of it....I think Nicole Kidman's choices in men are interesting-Lenny Kravitz, Keith Urban...wounded souls but man they are poets in their own right...I hope things work out for her with Urban.

I agree. I just wonder if it were done for a reason, to protect Nicole's assets in some way should they divorce. I'm assuming that she is the higher paid of the two. As others have noted, he does have a successful music career.

Of course it was. Money MAKES money. And the interest of the "money that is making money" is counted as "money" that they aquired "together"...which is community property. So, it is in her best interest to have a cap on the amount of money that can be given to him in case of divorce. However, he has already broken the terms of the prenup by being in rehab so it is a mute point. I wish them a long and happy marriage. I really like them both.

I was thinking about that too... He already relapsed so if now at any point she wants to divorce him wouldn't the prenup clause come into play?
I doubt it specified that she would have to leave him right then and there for the clause to be in effect.

I wish them both nothing but the absolute very best. I like Nicole, and feel she deserves happiness (especially after Tom Cruise - yuk!) and I LOVE Keith Urban. I sincerely hope he is successful in staying in recovery.

I don't think she's too old. I had my son who is now 3 when I was 43 going on 44...I wouldn't change a thing. He's the LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!

IIRC, he didn't actually relapse back into abusing drugs or alchohol, but said that he could feel that urge coming and he went to rehab to prevent an actual relapse.

I really enjoy his music and she's okay as an actress, definitely not a fave though. I am happy for her because I know in several interviews over the years she's expressed a desire to get pregnant. I think it's sad that she doesn't have a better relationship with her kids, but none of us will probably ever know the whole story behind that.
