A Facebook group named Black and Missing, says she was in her car and the car was recovered, but no Nicole. There is a heartbreaking note from her daughter Kenya. I don't know how reliable the information is, though.

Details of Disappearance

Gray was last seen leaving her residence in St. Ann, Missouri on December 17, 1999. She planned to go Christmas shopping, then attend her daughter's school Christmas play. She never made it to see the play, returned home and has not been seen again.

That night, her Ford Explorer was found abandoned at the now-defunct Northwest Plaza. There were no recently purchased Christmas presents inside the car, but there was a single drop of blood. DNA testing on the blood was inconclusive and there were no security cameras in the area to see who had dropped the car off.

Gray's daughter believes she was murdered. Her disappearance remains unsolved.
