Lionel Richie has repeatedly tried to get her help and has talked openly about his grave concerns for her well-being.

Parents can't force an adult woman to do anything she doesn't want to do. She's not mentally ill is the way the courts require for someone to step in and take things over. She's just self-destructive - like a lot of us are.

I saw a show on dateline or something simliar with Lionel and Nicole on it. Lionel was very concerned for Nicole health.

There really isn't a whole lot to do to force someone to get help unless you stage an intervention and even then they might not go. Nicole would probably have to hit rock bottom before seeking help, and her pockets are pretty lined so I don't see it happening any time soon.

What is the laws for DUI in Hollywood? In IL, you lose your license for an extended period of time and if you have too many infractions you lose it permanently.
