I was thinking that as well - it certainly looks like he does. I'm wondering if he is more likely in the 35-50 age range than 20-39.

The updated description includes "Head Hair Description Slightly curly ~3" in length with frontal and temporal balding." But the age range is the same. So it's possible he's a young man with premature balding.

This unidentified man is still listed in NamUs. However two of the missing men (initials NIM and SU) listed in post #2 above appear to have been removed. So maybe we can exclude them as well.

edited: nevermind, searching on facebook shows an arm tattoo, so suggestion ruled out based on that.
