Some of the really bloodthirsty comments (about what should be done to the perps) almost freak me out more than the crimes sometimes.
Me too, some people come across so violent, its almost as shocking as the crime itself.
Its strange that these comments have come up, especially given the tone of the press release, which I found to be very awkward. I would say irreverent, but that would not be quite right. It just seemed like people were very disrespectful, chatting the entire time, and it did not seem very solemn either.
Are people just so desensitized that they have no empathy?
