New info: HER SKIRT WAS OFF OF HER, NO PANTIES WERE FOUND. OOPs cap locks. :(

Wait really? Then how did they know the distinctive looking skirt was hers?

OMG this isn't Wikipedia. We don't need the [citation needed] cult on WS.

does anyone have a source for this seemingly new information?
Det. Kranz said it in 1983. On here

Wow. Thank you for posting this video. It boggles my mind that it's been 34 years and she still hasn't been identified.
"He contacted every school in NJ, E PA and downstate NY". - Det Kranz's dedication to identifying her is commendable.
Just curious - Does anyone know if one of the potential matches, Sally, at the 7:00 min mark, was ever found?

thank you very much UnReal, i had not heard that before.

i was 12 when she was found, and i remember my parents talking about it. we camped every weekend in the delaware water gap area, and often traveled through blairstown.

i seem to recall at the time that investigators even canvassed the campground we stayed. i'll have to ask my parents if i think of it when i see them at thanksgiving.

paul1980, i wasn't questioning the veracity of the information, just interested in learning more about the case.

I posted the photos of Valerie with the cross but not to clear but can see the cross is about the same size as the one Princess Doe had

She's actually a good possibility, her promise to jump over a bridge may explain why they didn't consider her when Princess doe was found. I didn't Se her in the ruleouts on Namus. Someone should contact l.e

I did a side by side of Valerie Smith with Carl's reconstruction. Click to enlarge.

Her Namus has a bunch of other pictures that make her look like a little old lady. She was only 20. She looks so sad.

I'm not good with comparisons by looks, but I think she looks a lot like Princess Doe.

Also I get what you mean about her other pictures, I thought they were age progressions of what she would look like now.

Looks pretty close carbuff!!.. the cross does too and she seems to be wearing it in other photos, sadly you cant tell if it has the same pattern but it looks similar in size. Yes its sad she looks old in some of the photos considering she was only 20. She is not a rule out. I wish there would be a way to know if the cross she had in the photos had a pattern.

Yes I agree your right, probably because she said she was going to jump off a Bridge they did not consider her.. ugh.. she could of just ran away and tried to start new since she was depressed where she was.

I didn't know they'd done isotopes on this UP. Per Doe Network, it was done in 2012. Her tooth analyses indicates she may have grown up in AZ.
http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/36ufnj.html
In 2012, a sample of her hair and a tooth were examined through isotope analysis and indicated that the victim was most likely born in the United States. The sample of her hair indicated that she had lived at least seven to ten months in the Midwestern or Northeastern United States. The tooth sample indicated she could possibly be from Arizona.

Comparing smiling pictures of Princess Doe and Lori Kasprick. Look at the shape of the front teeth. If Lori was missing 6 years, that is plenty of time for tooth decay, fillings, and incomplete orthodontics.
