Carroll, First Assistant Prosecutor Maggie Calderwood, Morris County Sheriff James Gannon, Chief of Detectives Christoph Kimker and Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Department Acting Chief Richard Pantina are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 52-year-old male from Parsippany Township, New Jersey.

Christopher Kaliszuk, who resides at 8 Mountain Meadow Circle, was last seen at 12:30 pm on Sunday, May 22, 2022, as he left for a walk, possibly to a nearby gazebo.

Kaliszuk is a 52-year-old white male with blue eyes. He has messy, sandy blonde hair and facial stubble. He weighs approximately 175 lbs. and is 6 feet in height. He was last seen wearing a light blue and white striped shirt, jeans, and sneakers. He may be wearing headphones or carrying an old-style Walkman radio player.

I am not 100% sure of the town, I think it's Morris Plains. While he is from Parsippany, the address is for Greystone Psychiatric Hospital.

Search On For Missing, 'Endangered' Parsippany Man

The man was last seen Sunday afternoon, when he left for a walk, according to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.

Sunday was really hot here in New Jersey, I just hope he didn't decide to go for a swim someplace. There appears to be a pond by the facility, but that looks to have a high fence. There also seems to be another pond across Old Dover Road nearby.

This is really rather odd, Parsippany and Morris Plains are both bordering this area, but Greystone Park has their own Police Department so if he was missing from the Psychiatric hospital I would think that their PD would be involved in the investigation and I don't see them listed in any of the articles. The hospital does not have fencing all around it and I do see patients walking around when I drive through. I can say, the police academy, the juvenile detention center, and lots of County buildings are in this area. I'm sure the recruits (if there is a class in session) are out searching. The area is surrounded by lots of wooded areas.

I wonder if maybe he was picked up by a friend?

Perhaps he wasn't in a lockdown unit, and was living in one of the cottages at the facility. I think they are free to come and go there with little supervision. I doubt with HIPPA laws they would release any information if he were back at the hospital

I wonder if he went into Mountain Way park. I haven't hiked there in years but I seem to remember there are some steep and rocky parts of the trails in and around there.
