Could the Doe be an Italian Girl from the Northern part of Newark? North Newark used to be very italian-american up until maybe 1980 or 1990 till it started to become a Puerto Rican section of Newark. The part of East Orange where the Doe's body was found is very close to Newark. Park Ave goes through a section of North Newark too.
