The family of a missing Ocean Township woman is pleading for the public to come forward with any information on her whereabouts. And the last man to be with her is sitting in a jail cell with his lips sealed, according to a family attorney.

Linskey said the search has expanded to the Paterson area and now includes assistance from 27 different law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, New Jersey State Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

“It’s pretty comprehensive,” Linskey said of the investigation. “We are continuing to do all that we can. It’s been a little over a month since she’s gone missing and we’re not going to stop. We’re just going to keep working hard until we get answers.”

In a plea for help from the public, the family scraped together $5,000 to increase the reward $10,000 for information leading to her whereabouts. That was not an easy task for the family given they lost everything in the blaze, Henninger said.

“One thing we can rule out is that she just got up and left,” Henninger said. “She’s not just living off the grid. When she left the house, she was taken out forcefully. There’s no evidence that she was forcefully taken, but we just know that.”

Authorities have combed the woods surrounding the Wickapecko Drive home and waded through a nearby lake to no avail.

I read this (below) in an article dated Oct 3rd related to the fire. If this information has been posted already, I don't remember reading it.

Monmouth County Prosecutor Chris Gramiccioni said investigators have not determined the cause of the fire, but said it originated in Terrulli's bedroom. Gramiccioni said he can't confirm a direct link between the blaze and Terrulli's disappearance, but the public may be able to help with that as well.

"Even the smallest piece of information might be added to the pieces we already have as we continue to build this puzzle," Gramiccioni told New Jersey 101.5."

I check every few days to see if there is any new information on Jacquelin, hoping for news, along with everyone else, that Jacquelin has been located. Nothing, it has been six weeks now.

The police report stated that Jacquelin and Teschner were the only people in the house, the night before the fire. That same night, one of Jacquelin's family members called her at 10 pm from Atlantic City. Jacquelin told this family member she was tired of Teschner and she was going to bed. Something happened in Jacquelin's bedroom, enough where someone thought it was necessary to set the room on fire. IMO

The suspect, Ronald Teschner, 49, became upset when he learned that missing woman Jacqueline Terrulli, 65, was going to break things off with him and kick him out of her house because of his “routine abuse of alcohol and drugs as well as a repeated pattern of violent outbursts and behavior," said Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni.

In retaliation, Teschner, according to an affidavit of probable cause, confessed to a male acquaintance that he was going to wait until Terrulli fell asleep and then steal items from her house to sell, including shotguns, a Rolex watch, bank cards and other valuables, including her white 2019 Jeep Cherokee."

But Terrulli caught Teschner in the act and threatened to call the police, according to the affidavit. Teschner allegedly told the male acquaintance that he "dealt with" Terrulli and put her body in a tarp and drove it somewhere to hide it.

The cause of death was asphyxiation, Gramiccioni said.

He then came back to the house and allegedly used nail polish remover to start a fire, according to the affidavit.

After setting the house ablaze, Teschner packed Terrulli's Jeep with stolen goods and headed north, stopping on the way to sell some of the stolen items or give them away to settle debts, Gramiccioni said. Teschner also bought heroin, he said.

Disturbing Details On Murder Of Monmouth County Woman: Affidavit

Here are more details revealed in the affidavit:

• Police found a trove of items in the vehicle, including two shotguns that belonged to Terrulli — Teschner can't possess firearms because of prior convictions for assault and burglary, the affidavit says.
• Teschner also had a Rolex watch, Terrulli's earrings and other jewelry that belonged to the victim. Then police discovered he had leaf blowers, chainsaws and a weed wacker, which Terrulli, 65, used for her landscaping business, the document says.
• Teschner confessed to an acquaintance that he was involved in Terrulli's death, the affidavit says. Teschner overheard Terrulli on the phone, saying she wanted him out of the home. So he decided to wait until she fell asleep before stealing and selling items from the house, documents say.
• But Terrulli caught him stealing belongings and threatened to call police. "At that point, the defendant 'dealt with' J.T.," the affidavit states, referring to Terrulli by her initials. The cause of death was asphyxiation, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni told reporters.
• Teschner wrapped her body in a tarp and put her in the Jeep and hid Terrulli's remains in an unknown location, court documents say. Then Teschner returned to the house, loaded the Jeep with items and lit the house of fire with nail polish remover, according to authorities.
• The investigation team spoke to two individuals — identified by initials N.L. and M.L. — with whom Teschner interacted with after the fire. They both indicated Teschner was trying to give the stolen landscaping equipment to M.L. to settle a debt, authorities said.
• Surveillance footage showed the Jeep one mile away from the home at 7:23 a.m. Sept. 12, three minutes before a neighbor reported the fire. Based on surveillance video and cell phone records, Teschner never returned to the burning home. Instead he took Terrulli's vehicle and drove north to Passaic County, where he was arrested, authorities said.
