A Raritan Township man who admitted to stockpiling and selling assault weapons, ammunition and explosives at his home will serve five years in prison. :furious:

After Sandy Hook and all the shootings how dare NJ allow this kind of slap on the wrist!Gangs are taking over so many area because people like this supply them and he only gets 5 yrs!Right now I am so furious! He was not even allowed to have a gun of his own ,so he must already be a felon! I wonder how many dead bodies there are thanks to this man. This is a disgrace!:furious::furious::furious::furious:

What kind of Prosecutor and Judge is allowing this! :furious::furious::furious:

He wasn't even sentenced for selling weapons. It was for owning them when he wasn't legally able to (convicted felon?), unlawful possession (probably illegal to own in NJ), and possession of a destructive device (NFA device perhaps.)

5 years for all of this is not nearly enough.

Richmond, VA has a program called "Project Exile" where you get a MINIMUM of ten years for being a "prohibited person" with a gun, and for selling guns to prohibited individuals. Both the NRA and the Brady Campaign were for this.
