Thirty-three-year-old Antoinette King was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she was found passed out on top of 13-month-old Jeremiah King after the apparent overdose.
Emergency responders revived Antoinette with Narcan, but after trying CPR on Jeremiah, he was unresponsive.
