Opinion piece: What this man did to his toddler screams for a death penalty
I'm inclined to agree with the author. At the very least he should have been forced to serve the whole 20 years up to life. He will do 10 years and be out before he's 50 with plenty of lifetime left for more babies to die in his care. Little Ty'myah died from unspecified violence with cocaine in her system. And she was the second child to die.
