Juhlia Payne is described as 4’8” tall and weighing 140 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a school uniform consisting of a blue sweater, white shirt, and gray pants.

The photo, in my opinion is not recent or they got the height (4 ' 8") or weight (140) wrong. I'm a foot taller than that, and weigh about 140 pounds so that weight at 4 foot 8 seemed high to me.
