City police are searching for a woman who went missing Wednesday morning on the boardwalk

Leslie Allen is described as a black woman, about 5 feet 5 inches tall with salt-and-pepper-colored hair. Police said in a Facebook post that Allen has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and may be "endangered."

She was last seen about 11:15 a.m. near the Conventional Hall on the boardwalk.

Police ask anyone with information to call the department at 732-774-1300.
