Hair Color Blond/Strawberry

Clothing and Accessories​

Remains were wrapped in white bed cover and tan baby blanket.A white linen men's handkerchief either found with or near the body. (On the Body)

Clothing - White with thin blue stripes turtleneck with short sleeves shirt, a like colored corduroy outfit that had straps over both shoulders, blue socks with a red clock design. Also wearing a white disposable diaper with yellow safety pins.

I wonder if Othram is already working this as part of their project to ID children in Namus; they posted in the dedicated project thread that they have funding for around 100 child cases already.

additional information regarding the little girl found on Echo Lake in NJ.
It would really be good to see if this has been checked out.
Who could do this?
I even went to Paul's website, but it is down "for maintenance"

If I did, I never heard anything further.

I am trying to figure out when disposable diapers transitioned to the sticky tabs. I remember my two youngest sisters (born in 1966 and 1968) being in disposables that required pins. I think that could be a clue to the age of the remains.
