I'm very much out of my depth when it comes to the unidentified, so there may be an obvious reason that I'm not aware of, but is there a reason why is this lady's eye colour unknown? Am I missing something here? The age range also seems quite big for a recognisable person, but I understand that her circumstances may have made her look a lot older than she actually was. In the picture on Namus it looks to me as she may be missing some teeth?

I hope she is identified soon. Perhaps the friend she was with can shed some light.

Her friend did not know her real name? Very sad. Was she homeless?

Her side view looks more white/Hispanic to me but I agree that she definitely looks bi/multiracial.

Not sure if it is just postmortem lividity or alcoholism/medication abuse that gives her skin this "doughy" rough appearance and discoloration. In any case it is so strange her friend seems to have no information whatsoever. At least a nickname/streetname, some background info where and how they met and whether she is American or an immigrant. Even if both were transient there should at least be sth like e.g. "i know her as michelle, we met in the shelter on xy street 2 weeks ago and she has no accent". But nothing at all is so odd.

They probably did have info, but knowing NamUS we aren’t being told the full story
