Somebody already suggested this match--a detective just emailed me to say NJ and Indiana authorities have been working on it.

I'm glad they are still working on this cold case. I hope it will soon be solved.

The author proposes that he wouldn’t harm himself so close to Mother’s Day because he was a good, sweet kid who wouldn’t want to harm his mother. This assumption is naive: suicidal people are in tremendous pain and their logic differs from the logic of someone who is not suicidal. We know that suicidal people confirm future medical appointments, schedule upcoming lawn services, etc. JMO.
