I submitted Gregory Snyder as a possible match to Donna Fontana this morning. will keep advised.

I think all this information is available earlier in the thread, but I pulled it all into one post for convenience.

Doenetwork now lists the case as http://doenetwork.org/cases/2119umnj.html. "The victim's skull was found on a beach in North Wildwood by a fisherman on October 30, 2006. Additional remains were found on November 22, 2007. DNA confirmed that the separate cases matched."

So both cases say this is a white caucasian and UP1452 says he was 18-38yo.
UP1761 says PMI as "years" and UP1452 says 2005-2006 though many of the ruleouts are MP from the 80s and 90s.
UP1761 estimates height at 5'7" (maybe the partial remains included a leg bone or other bones suitable for height estimation)
The distance between the 2 finds at North Wildwood and Avalon is roughly 8-9 miles which really is not far given there was 13 months difference between the finds.
