interestingly enough i found one company with this phrase on a tshirt. Its called all riot and the reviews were written in 2020. I did come across some others after i wrote the first sentence. Appears to be popular in 2020 as well

The link is for a 66-year-old homeless black man named Marshall Pride who disappeared in Philadelphia in September 2020. He has the same general appearance as is described for the unidentified man and the demographics match.

And Riverton NJ, where the remains were found, is directly across the river from Philadelphia PA.

This is an excellent possibility and I think you should submit it right away, if you haven't already.

How does one go about that?

How does one go about that?

If you're in the US and comfortable making phone calls, you can call either or both investigative agencies listed on the contacts page. Make sure you've got the agency case numbers for the cases you want to compare along with the reasons you think it's a match. It's generally most effective to call both missing person and unidentified agencies, and refer them to each other so they can follow up.

If you're not good on the phone, like me, or you live overseas, you can submit through the NamUs contact form: Contact Us Make sure the comments field includes all the information about matching location and demographics, timeline, etc.

If you can find an email address for the investigative agencies, you can send email directly.

The Doenetwork.org people also have a strong submission process, but I can't find either the missing man nor the decedent in their listings.
