Man who portrayed Santa Claus charged with child pornography offenses

A retired New Jersey elementary school teacher who performs as Santa has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Mark Paulino, 64, was taken into custody Friday at his home in Hamilton Township. Neighbors said they saw police and a SWAT team at the residence during the arrest.
