Tionie Souza was last seen Wednesday at Neptune High School. She is 5'5", about 130 lbs and has shoulder-length hair dyed black. She may be wearing a camo t-shirt, black leggings with jean shorts, a red flannel jacket and black Chuck Taylor boots.
