Detective Sgt. Louis Carlos said Mario Humberto Cortez-Del Cid, 28, is accused of raping a 7 year-old girl nearly a dozen times inside her own home. Police said Cortez-Del Cid lived in the same apartment and had started sub-leasing a room from her parents.

Wow, what a dirtbag! I hope he is caught soon.
