Have they locked up Goldman's father. The article said he torched the car later.
🤬🤬🤬 should never had a child. Parents need to pay attention to their kids and keep them from glorifying this BS crime life.

(Not at ALL directed to Collin or Ahmed, Stephen Goldman looks like a typical kid who thinks he's scarface at 18)

I don't know if they have arrested him yet.

One good thing is that several individuals collected the bodies / torched the car and that at least one of those individuals (Aragon) is non family.

The more individuals involved, the greater odds that somebody will turn on the group. That goes double when the potential cooperator is not related to the perpetrator(s) family and thus far less likely to have a deep sense of loyalty to them.

from your article
"He said the car used to transport the bodies was torched on tribal lands and he implicated Goldman’s father in the vehicle disposal."

Does the fact the car was torched on Tribal land restrict any LE action towards Goldman's father?

No. Tribal police have jurisdiction when either the perpetrator and/or victim is a native American (neither needs to be from that particular tribe).

Cases involving non natives are simply turned over to the sherrif for that county. Thus, as the car was not native owned and none of the perpetrators appear to be natives (though some have not been publically identified), my guess is that the tribal police passed the car onto the sherrif's department.

good question. I know that usually tribal lands handle their own courts.... which is why they prob chose that location.
