Warning: graphic photo at attached link. (nothing too bad, but there are photos of tattoos on a decaying body so just in case, there's the warning)

Okay so the reason I made this thread. I was randomly going through the NamUs site, trying to see if I could somehow come up with any matches based on visual identifiers and I so incredibly randomly came upon this one. I think this might be this guy:

https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/11424/1/

Look at the angel tattoo. The resemblance between the tattoo and the drawing of the one the man was known to have is uncanny and it's in the same location on the body. Am I nuts with this one? Has anyone seen this tattoo before? It it a generic stencil? Has anyone seen it in pop culture?

I know the hair is also not black but I did a little Googling and apparently hair color can change if the body has decayed in a certain way?

I've never done this before but I didn't just want to be a dick and not say anything if there's any chance at all that this is the same person.

They do look similar but it looks like a stencil tat and Jose has additional tattoos that aren't mentioned on the UID.

Tattoo of three (3) dots on right middle finger, tattoo of thorn on left chest, and tattoo of a man with wing on right back.

Keep digging.

Yeah I'd thought about the conspicuous lack of those as well but I figured it might be possible those tattoos were no longer visible due to the condition of the body. Really, it's most likely not a proper match but I figured I'd say something just in case and to get opinions like yours.

EDIT: And I feel totally stupid after doing a bit more searching. Sorry everyone. Nothing to see here. It's a common image for a (ridiculously) popular music act. Ugh I'm so dumb. Oh well I'll keep trying and maybe be a bit more diligent before posting nonsense next time. I wish I could edit the title. For this person's sake, something like the B and C tattoo seems more likely to produce a match vs the same tattoo that probably thousands of people have.

Had some time on my hands tonight...
led zeppelin uid.jpg
It's a Led Zeppelin tattoo.

I looked for Zeppelin tattoos on Namus and found this gentleman who went missing November 2015, one month before this UID was found.
Although, there are no tattoos listed or photos shown, if he showed up in the search they may be keeping that information protected.

Gerald Matthew Smith
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
Gerald Matthews Smith.jpg
Missing from Charleston, WV
Reported last contact: November 5, 2015
Circumstances of Disappearance: He was living on the streets of Charleston, WV but has not found in the usual places and other's have not seen him.
Brown hair ( appears light brown or sandy in photo )
Green eyes
50 years old
5' 10" - 6' 1"
170-180 lbs.

Reported missing November 2015 by sister living in Montana.
West Virginia K9 Search and Rescue Inc. FB post:
"Gerald Matthew Smith has been missing since the end of August 2015. He was reported missing by his sister, who lives in Montana, in November 2015.
Anyone with information about Smith's whereabouts should call the West Virginia State Police South Charleston Detachment at 304-558-7777"

Is it possible that Mr. Smith decided he was going to go visit his sister out in Montana and hitched his way west?

His last known contact was November 5, 2015 and the UID's body was found December 2nd. The rancher had been at the location 3 weeks earlier but had not seen a body. So therefore, to me, it's completely plausible that it took a few days for him to hitch hike across the country and end up in that area trying to get a lift directly north on I 25 to Montana.

What do you think?

Moving case up.

I wonder why they don't estimate a height for him?

I keep getting errors when searching NamUs for possible matches (trying to look for blond adult males missing during the last half of 2015). Maybe someone will have more luck today.
