Albuquerque Police are needing your help finding a family that was last seen on August 26th.

According to police, Stephen Tilden, Melody Vieux, Harveena Tilden (5) and Agnes Tilden (1) left the Albuquerque area on August 25th. After leaving Albuquerque, Laguna Police stopped the vehicle the family was in near the Dancing Eagle Travel Center near I-40 and Casa Blanca Road. Police say that was the last time the family was seen.

Police then say on August 27th, Melody sent messages to her family saying that they were on a road near Gallup and that Stephen was striking her.

Albuquerque Police say the family has not been seen or heard from since.

The family was last spotted in a 1999 grey Chevy van with Arizona license plate CNM9186.

New Mexico family on their way to Arizona found safe, police say

"ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A family that left New Mexico on their way to Arizona is now safe after being reported missing, the Albuquerque Police Department says.

According to APD, the family was located safe in the Phoenix area Sunday."
