Missing man's vehicle found abandoned in northern NM

A 32-year-old man is missing and police officers need the public's help in locating him. New Mexico State Police issued a missing endangered person advisory for Patrick Ryan Golden.

Golden was last seen Monday, and his abandoned vehicle was found a day later on I-25 near Springer, New Mexico. Officers believe he may be headed to the Denver area.

• Patrick is about 5'7' tall and 150 pounds.
• He has black hair and hazel eyes.
• He was last seen on Monday, April 8 wearing a dark grey hooded sweatshirt, sweatpants, and tennis shoes.
• His vehicle was found abandoned Tuesday, April 9 on northbound I 25 at milepost 400, near Colmor, about 11 miles south of Springer and north of Wagon Mound.
• His wallet, phone, and medicine were found inside his vehicle.

Body of missing man found

The body of a man who was reported missing was found Friday.

Police do not believe foul play was involved.

Golden's body was sent to the Office of the Medical Investigator to determine how he died.

Oh dear. Just saw he was missing this morning in local paper. Very sad.
